This is an excellent article on the need for medical professionals, helping professionals, and all other high stress professions to focus on self-care and to reduce burn-out! It is great that the associations are focused on this as burn-out is all too common.

It is unrealistic for nurses, physicians, and other medical professionals to work crazy hours and be expected to know all.

We are human and so our employers, our associations, our colleagues should support being human. Self-care should be encouraged as individuals, as professionals, and as an agency or organization.
