  1. Thank you for this post. I suffer from Neurological Sjogrens. For this past couple years I have been experiencing a gradual decrease in my cognitive skills – memory, speech, concentration, etc. Lately however, these changes have gone from gradual to steady and it’s becoming very disturbing. Based off the tests, diagnosis and remarks made by my Dr, I’m certain that I fit into the vascular dementia category. I gave up going to the doctor about 2 1/2 years ago and decided to take the cheap (likely unwise) route by dealing with this on my own. It’s been quite the journey so far. Perhaps if it continues to worsen I will be forced to go back. But, thank you. That list fit me to a t.

    1. Thank you for commenting and for disclosing your own health condition. I am sure that was not easy to do.
I am not a doctor nor will I dispense any medical advice, but I suggest returning to the medical community to receive support and assistance for what I imagine to be difficult to work through on your own. Perhaps it is about connecting with the right medical professional, one who agrees or supports your choices, a listening ear and someone to be aware of your symptoms.
